Since DMZ was released back in November of 2022, the Contraband Stash for your weapons has been limited to 20 spaces without using any exploits. In Season 4 though, the ability to increase that limit has been added to the game, and I’m here to help you get the expanded stash you deserve. Here’s how to increase the Contraband Stash Limit in Call of Duty DMZ.

To increase the Contraband Stash limit in DMZ, you must reach Reputation level 4 on the Black Mous, which can be done by completing most of the Faction Missions in the first two tiers. Unlike previous seasons, you don’t need to complete absurd amounts of missions, you just need XP for the Black Mous.

Once Level 4 for the Black Mous is unlocked in the DMZ, you can check the weapons locker section of the upgrades menu to see all of the stash challenges. In the first challenge to unlock five additional Contraband Stash slots, I had to extract five thumb drives and extract five hard drives. This is only the first step though.

Each subsequent stash increase will require you to get earn more levels with the Black Mous. Once you have enough XP from Faction Missions, you can move on to more challenges. It will take a while but in the end, there will be far more room in the stash.

For those that have the Crown Faction, you can use them for even more weapon Contraband Stash slots. These have the same requirements as the standard stash increases, but they are tied to the Crown Faction rather than the Black Mous. Over time, you’ll have more inventory space than you know what to do with.

Barter Recipes have also been locked behind challenges in the Season 4 DMZ update. I have just the guide for you so you know how to unlock the Barter Recipes.
