Everyone starts their LEGO Fortnite adventure with three hearts, and as you explore new biomes, you will quickly realize that a health increase is needed. To make sure you stay alive on the map, we’ll tell you how to increase your health in LEGO Fortnite.

How to Get More Health in LEGO Fortnite

Crafting a Health Charm is the best way to increase your health permanently in LEGO Fortnite. They can be made at any Crafting Bench in your village as long as you have the recipe for them. You won’t have the recipe by default, but all you need to do is track down a Roller enemy. They tend to hang out around the Grasslands biome and they look like rocks with a small grass sprout.

Rollers will drop shells, and picking up a shell is what unlocks the first Health Charm recipe at your Crafting Bench. You will need 3 Silk Threads, 3 Bones, and 5 Wolf Claws to create the common Health Charm. This is the first iteration of the item, and it will only provide one additional heart paired with one point into defense.

How to Upgrade Health:

  • Pick up a Shell from a Roller.
  • Collect 3 Silk Thread, 3 Bones, and 5 Wolf Claws.
  • Use them on a Crafting Bench to create a Health Charm.

Now that there is a Health Charm in your inventory, it can be placed into one of your equipment slots for your LEGO Fortnite character. Equipment slots are different than your standard quickbar for using items. Equipment is mostly passive and provides three different slots for charms that vary in stats, such as defense against the cold or the heat.

When your Crafting Bench is upgraded in the future, you will get access to the next tier of charms for any recipes that you know. So the first Crafting Bench upgrade provides access to Uncommon Charms and so on. All you need is the resources to go along.

Best Food for Health Regeneration in Lego Fortnite

There’s plenty of food in LEGO Fortnite for you to make and consume. Although all food will regenerate health, some are better than others. Here’s a list of the best food for health regeneration.

  • Pizza (2 Flour, 1 Meat, 1 Cheese, and 3 Spicy Peppers) – made in the oven and heals 25 health points.
  • Pumpkin Pie (1 Pumpkin, 1 Flour) – made in the oven and heals ten health points
  • Fruit Pie (1 Raspberry, 1 Flour, 3 Slap Berries, 3 Snow Berries) – made in the oven and temporarily adds 15 health points.
  • Snowberry Shake (1 Milk, 2 Snow Berries) – made in the Juicer and temporarily adds 12 health points.

To get more charms, you will definitely need to find more shells, so don’t waste any time collecting.
