How to Use Warp Discs in High On Life – Explained

Visit some of the best spots in the galaxy, like Toilet or Skate Park.

High On Life is a comedic, science fiction first-person shooter that throws you neck-deep into an alien world with all sorts of alien technology. Fortunately, much of this alien technology serves to both get you to cool locations where you can loot or enjoy some truly awful B-Tier movies or helps you kill more grunts and bosses. Warp Discs fall into the former category, though they aren’t particularly intuitive.

How to Use Warp Discs in High On Life

After arriving in Zephyr Paradise, you’ll meet a drug-addicted mogul who hands you a Warp Remote in the hopes that you’ll bring him more drugs. This Warp Remote is used to help you access Kubris, the planet’s boss, who you’ll then kill.

But the Warp Remote can do more than take you to Kubris. Once you’ve obtained enough Warp Crystals, you can head over to Blorto’s Food Stand, where he’ll offer you a special menu of illicit goods. These goods include Warp Discs that will take you to places like “Cutie Town” or “Toilet.”

Buy whatever Warp Disc you like, and you’ll then have the opportunity to zoom over to those places. But many players find themselves stumped on how actually to use these discs.

Head back home to the Bounty 5000, where you can then access the Portal tab. To access the portal tab, press down on the menu screen (it’s the down d-pad button for the console), and you should land there. You’ll then have the opportunity to select a location of places you’ve previously visited.

From here, you’ll need to explore planets and wait until you find a Warp Point. A Warp Point is essentially a pale blue or purple energy tent that can be interacted with. When interacting with them, you’ll use your Warp Remote to insert a Warp Disc of your choice. That Warp Disc will then drag the location promised on the Warp Disc to where you are.
