How to Watch $100k MultiVersus EVO Tournament: Event Schedule and More

Get ready for the tournament!

What better way to celebrate the recent launch of MultiVersus than to watch some tournaments? Currently, one of the largest planned competitions is the MultiVersus Open Beta EVO Tournament featuring over 500 total players. With overall payouts of $100,000 on the line, those that bought EVO Event Passes during the registration period are eligible to participate. While this period is over, you still have time to prepare before watching the event! How to Watch the MultiVersus EVO Tournament

For those unfamiliar, EVO 2022 is a large, annual tournament series featuring numerous popular titles, including Guilty Gear Strive, Mortal Kombat 11 Ultimate, Dragon Ball FighterZ and more. The entire event takes place between August 5-7 at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas. Among these is the MultiVersus tournament taking place on August 6. If you got tickets to the event, you can observe these matches live once it begins!

If you’re unable to visit the event live, don’t worry! Each EVO tournament, including the MultiVersus matches, will stream live on the main EVO Twitch account. On August 6, between 3-8 PM PDT, the MultiVersus Top 32 and Finals matches will go live. For more information about the entire Event Schedule, check out the official EVO Stream Guide.

While the MultiVersus event isn’t one of the main featured ones, it still boasts a considerable payout for those participating. Throughout the entire MultiVersus EVO Tournament, 256 two-player teams will compete for a $100,000 prize pool. The top 32 teams will receive $1,750 split between both members, with the winning team getting $10,000.
