Jurassic World Evolution tasks you with taking control of a dinosaur-based theme park. Because of this—and because of how cool it all is—it’s really easy to flood your park with an insane number of dinosaurs early on. The good news is, you can get rid of all these extra dinosaurs by selling them. Here’s what you need to know.

How to Sell Dinosaurs

Despite popular belief, more isn’t always better in Jurassic World Evolution, and having too many dinosaurs can actually cause your park to lose value, as you won’t be able to take care of the dinosaurs as well as you need to, which can hurt your overall park rating. In order to even things out, you can sell off unneeded dinosaurs and recoup some of the cost that you’ve put into them.

Prepare Dinosaurs to Sell

The first thing you need to do if you want to sell a dinosaur is to prepare for the transport. To do this, bring up the ACU controls and target the dinosaur that you want to sell. You’ll need to “tranquilize dinosaur” on the dino or control the helicopter and shoot the tranq rifle yourself. Once you have sedated the dinosaur, it is time to transport it out of the park.

Sell Dinosaurs in Jurassic World Evolution

Once you have tranquilized a dinosaur that you want to sell, pull up the transport team and target the dinosaur on the ground. Once the transport team flies in and secures the dino, you’ll be given the option of moving it around or selling it. To sell the dinosaur you can press the Triangle button on PS4, Y button on Xbox One, or R on the keyboard to send the dino off and confirm the sell.

That’s all there is to selling dinosaurs in Jurassic World Evolution. It’s not very hard to do and it can really pay off when you’re trying to build up your park and engage more guests.
