How To Fix Game Restart Error In Monopoly GO

As players continue to spin and hopefully win the Spooky Car Partners Event or the Jungle Jam Event, this is the worst possible time for an error to pop up. However, after testing out a few different fixes on my end, including clearing the cache on my phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and clearing all of the data, this error continued to persist. At the moment, there is no available fix for the error, but there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Can we start upgrading our boards again soon?

Discord moderator for the Monopoly GO Discord Channel Jose Scopely sent out a message to let players know that they are aware of the issue, and are doing everything in their power to get the game working as expected once again. While it is currently unknown if they are going to extend the timeframe of these particular events to coincide with the amount of time the game is down, we can only expect that there may be some form of in-game reward that will allow players to make up some of the time that they lost.
