What Do Gold Wirebugs Do?
Gold Wirebugs are a new form of endemic life that temporarily give players the following effects:
- Increased monster material drops from Wyvern Riding attacks
- Easier to initiate Wyvern Riding
- Faster Wirebug Recovery Gauge
If you happen to find a Gold Wirebug when looking around a zone, it’s a great thing to pick up before hunting the monster you’re assigned. It can make the fight a little bit easier by giving you more chances to ride the monster and slam it around. It also will net you more materials which is great for those of you grinding out a new weapon or armor set.
If you’ve picked up a Ruby Wirebug already, you will be unable to equip a Gold Wirebug at the same time, so please make your decision carefully. Both can be found around the zone and sometimes it’s just about picking up the one you see first, but always consider all of your options.
Well, that’s everything you need to know about what Gold Wirebugs are and what they do in Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak.
