Season 4 is on the way in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2, which means some new weapons are part of the content plans. In the latest update, there was a focus on the most used weapon classes within the game, and I have the full list for you in this content guide.
Every New Weapon in MW2 and Warzone 2 Season 4
Three fresh weapons are on the way in MW2 and Warzone 2 Season 4. Two of them are the standard releases that we expect to see at the start of each season, and then there is a bonus melee weapon. Another weapon will drop in the mid-season update, but that has yet to be announced aside from the weapon class. Below you can find all of the confirmed weapons coming out on June 14.
Season 4 Weapons in COD MW2 & Warzone 2
- Tempus Razorback (Assault Rifle) – This is a bullpup assault rifle that has full auto function and will be based on control. Weapons with high control typically have a slower fire rate and some serious damage in each shot.
- ISO 45 (Submachine Gun) – The ISO 45 is a callback to the SMG released as DLC in Modern Warfare 2019. You can expect the SMG to be part of the same platform as the ISO Hemlock from Season 2.
- Tonfa (Melee) – A blunt force melee weapon based on speed and high damage. The Tonfa is another Japanese melee weapon getting added to the melee weapon roster in MW2 and Warzone 2

After these weapons are released, there will be another shotgun in the Season 4 Reloaded update. While we don’t know for sure what that shotgun will entail, I can tell you that it won’t be part of the Battle Pass. Mid-season weapons are always attached to challenges. The Tempus Razorback and the ISO 45, on the other hand, will be attached to the Season 4 Battle Pass.
Before Season 4 arrives, you might also want to finish your Skull Eater Mastery Camo challenges, which we have outlined in full.
