When you boot up Overwatch 2 for the first time, if you have never played before, you’ll need to unlock a list of heroes over 100 matches. Wins will make this progress go faster, but it will still take a long time. So you’ll have access to basic heroes like Soldier 76, Winston, Mercy, and a few others.
