The newest set for the Pokemon TCG is dropping in just a few days. The Scarlet and Violet set will be Generation IX introduction to the card game, and it’s bringing the Pokemon EX mechanic back to it. Those cards can easily be the core of a deck due to their huge stats and powerful effects. To reflect the new mechanics found in Paldea, we have the addition of the Tera Pokemon EX, which have the extra perk of not being hit while on the Bench.
The full set will be out on March 31 and will become competitively legal in tournaments from April 14 onwards. But before we start thinking about those things, let’s take a look at the full card list for those.

I hope you can get one of these in the packs because they’re not only gorgeous but they also usually go for tons of cash.
And that’s all we currently know about the cards in this new set. New cards will possibly come with new expansions, but that will probably happen way after the newest DLCs for the Nintendo Switch games are introduced.
