Following the announcement a month ago that the title will be released soon, many fans and players are excited to see what’s new in the game and what will keep them entertained for the summer.
What’s the Release Date of MLB the Show 23?
With spring training and exhibition matches already midway through, the start of the new season is quite close. The first set of games to kickstart the new campaign and exciting new MLB league format will be on March 30, 2023 — as per MLB chief operations and strategy officer Chris Marinak — all 30 clubs will be playing on Opening Day. Yippee!
With that in mind, dropping the game before Opening Day is standard procedure. So Sony San Diego Studio decided to launch MLB The Show 23 on March 28, 2023.

Along with the game’s release date announcement made at the end of January, there was news of three MLB The Show 23 editions. There will be the Standard, Deluxe, and Captain Editions.
