Best Weapons to Use in OG Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 5

All of the weapons in the Fortnite OG season are weapons that appeared before Chapters even existed. Many of the entries on this list will have been considered the best in the past as well. But keep in mind that the Zero Builds playlist does affect the strength of some equipment in the game as a whole.

Fortnite OG Chapter 4 Season 5 – Top 5 Weapons:

  1. Epic and Legendary Assault Rifle (Scar)
  2. Grenade Launcher
  3. Bolt-Action Rifle
  4. Hunting Rifle
  5. Tactical Shotgun

The Scar is still the best gun in the game by a wide margin. I don’t mean the suppressed version, either. Whether it’s the Epic or Legendary variation of the assault rifle, the Scar has tons of damage with minimal bloom. You can easily beam enemy players in close quarters or at a distance. Good luck finding one of these, though.

With so much health in the game, weapons like the Bolt-Action Sniper and the Hunting Rifle and incredibly powerful. They can still be a one-shot kill and they are hard to come by. The bolt-action is much better overall, but the Hunting Rifle still provides that overpowered should view.

When you get at least two decent weapons, including the Tactical Shotgun for close-quarters fights, you want some explosives. The Grenade Launcher is the best weapon for spamming explosives by far. You can easily zone enemy players or rip down their forts without a second thought.
