What Does the Pokeball Plus Do? – Answered
The Pokeball Plus is an accessory for the Let’s Go Eevee and Let’s Go Pikachu games that work as a controller for the game. With this small Pokeball-shaped controller, players can just the little in the center to walk around the world and click it in the select prompts on the screen.
You can also use it to catch Pokemon by using the built-in motion controls, just like in Pokemon Go. This lets players control the entire game from their tiny Pokeball.

Here’s the official description from the website.
“The Poké Ball Plus is a Poké Ball-shaped device that can be used to play Pokémon: Let’s Go, Pikachu! and Pokémon: Let’s Go, Eevee! in place of your Joy-Con. You’ll be able to throw Poké Balls in-game with a flick of your wrist! In addition to having motion controls, the device also vibrates, plays sounds, and lights up with a variety of colors.”
You can also transfer one Pokemon from the game into the Pokeball to take on walks. As you travel around with your Pokemon in the Pokeball Plus, they will find items and gain experience.
All new purchases of a Pokeball Plus also come with the mythical Pokemon Mew for players to download in their game.
