Grinding is the name of the game of this legendary franchise, but we can only make it so far on our characters in the Diablo 4 beta. As much as we would all love to keep playing to the end and seeing where our builds can take us, there is a max level that can be reached while the beta is live.
This was always expected, but the amount of time in a game that a beta allows players to utilize always depends on the test. The good news is that Blizzard seems to want players to explore a good deal of the early game in Diablo 4, and we’ll discuss just how far the max level can take us.
Diablo IV – What is the Max Level in the Beta?
On each character that you decide to try out during the beta, the max level you can reach is 25. While this might not seem like a lot in the grand scheme of the game, level 25 is a significant amount of time for a beta test weekend. This should give many of us time to really experience some of the builds without any spoilers for the mid or end-game.
There are two weekends for the Diablo 4 beta. One is the early access version and the other is open to anyone who wants to try out the game for themselves. Unless Blizzard decides to make a last-minute change, the max level will be 25 for both weekends, so don’t get your hopes up at the end of March.

After you reach level 25, you’ll have plenty of time to roam the world and grind for the best gear possible in the slice of Diablo 4 that we have. There are already some tough bosses and groups that are looking to take them down, so get grinding to level 25 and complete everything the beta has to offer.
