What is the NFS Unbound Money Glitch - Answered

Need for Speed Unbound is colorful, modern, and so fun, but the beginning of the game will be a serious reality check for you if you expected to quickly get a large amount of money needed for all those cars, tuning parts, and expensive branded clothes. Earning money in the new NFS is extremely slow and difficult, especially at the start of the game, so it is not surprising that many players tried to find ways to cheat and get more in-game dollars faster, even using glitches in the game. Let’s see what the Money Glitch is in Need For Speed Unbound.

What is the NFS Unbound Money Glitch?

So how can you glitch the game to get that money? The whole idea of the “money glitch” is to find places on the map where the police will immediately stop chasing you. When you have Heat Level 5 police on your heels, losing them earns you about $2,500 immediately. Now, the trick is to set up upgrades to double that income.

Although you can use this tactic at the beginning of the game for quick earnings, if you have $50,000 to upgrade your garage and buy and equip the “Getaway Driver” auxiliary super part for $35,000 – you can get up to $5,000 for each escape. Higher investment, but worth it for the later grind.

As for the location, it is the same place we discussed earlier in our How to Escape Heat 5 Cops in Need For Speed Unbound guide, it’s this spot – marked on the map above.

Other locations such as tunnels work as well, so feel free to experiment and find other places for losing the Heat 5 cops easily – since that’s what you will be doing in order to farm cash fast in NFS Unbound. Have fun!
