When Does FFXIV Patch 6.4 The Dark Throne Release? – Answered
During the 76 Live Letter from the Producer, Producer Naoki Yoshida revealed that patch 6.4 will release in late May 2023. A hard date has not been released yet, but we will receive that information in the next Live Letter, as we always do.
However, fans can now start preparing for the next content patch ahead of time and know that late May is when it will arrive.
This patch will include new main scenario quests, Hildibrand adventures, Tatru’s Grand Endeavors, and more. We’re excited to see what 6.4, titled “The Dark Throne,” has in store for the Warrior of Light and the Scions of the Seventh Dawn.

For fans who aren’t caught up yet on the 6.X patch series, now is the time before 6.4 drops in late May. If you want to be caught up for the penultimate patch in this series, you’ll need to do some serious work.
