The current update for Genshin Impact is once again in its usual content lull before the next update drops. But when it is happening, though? Well, we shouldn’t be waiting too much longer, as the usual stream featuring the newest banners, characters, updates and, of course, Primogem codes, will be here soon enough. The date for the next announcements for the HoYoverse game was just revealed, and it should be arriving at its usual time.
When is the Genshin Impact 3.5 Stream Happening? – Answered
The Special Program livestream will be hosted on February 17 at 07:00 AM (UTC -5), roughly two weeks before the update arrives. While there’s no official date announced yet, the new 3.5 content is expected to roll into the servers on February 28, matching the current Yelan and Hu Tao banners’ ending.
The stream should shed more light on the already announced new characters Dehya and Mika. Dehya is a 5-star Pyro Claymore character who will get her own limited banner during the update, while Mika is a 4-star Cryo Polearm who’s expected to act as a dedicated Eula (and physical characters, in general) support.

No new areas or bosses are to be expected though. We just got some of those in the Desert of Hadramaveth, and while we know that we’re not done with Sumeru yet, its next areas should take a little bit longer to arrive. We can expect another event related to Mondstadt instead, coinciding with Mika’s own release.
Where Can I Watch the Genshin Impact 3.5 Stream?
You can watch the stream at the official Genshin Impact Twitch Channel or through the Genshin Impact Youtube Channel. Tune in to either of them for the live broadcast and get the exclusive stream codes which give you a total of x300 Primogems plus some other in-game resources.
The full stream with the version’s official trailers will be available on the Youtube channel a few hours after its conclusion, and if you miss the codes, don’t worry. Prima Games got you covered on those.
