If you’re hoping to start building some new equipment and machinery in LEGO Fortnite, you’re going to need to get your hands on some Rough Amber. Thankfully, it’s not as difficult to find as you may believe, as long as you’re in the right place to find it.
Where Is Rough Amber Located in LEGO Fortnite?
If you’re looking to get plenty of Rough Amber to fill your equipment bag, you’ll need to start heading toward the Dry Valley Mesas Desert Biome. Here’s the thing though: each map is procedurally generated, a fancy term for being completely randomized, so there isn’t an easy way to find the Desert Biome.
If you use something like a Dynamic Foundation alongside some balloons, you can create a small craft that could point you in the right direction, but otherwise, you’ll just want to pick a direction and set out on the right path. Make sure that you’ve created a Cool-Headed Charm before heading out this way, or you may succumb to the heat rather quickly.
Once you have made your way into the desert, you’ll just want to take a peek at any of the rock formations around you until you find an object that looks similar to the one shown in the photo at the start of this article. Once you have found one, you can use your Pickaxe and start swinging away, chipping away pieces until you can claim as much Rough Amber as you need. Just make sure that you’ve got some extra space in your bag, and bring some weapons along just in case you run into some dastardly monsters that want to send you home in pieces.
