With the recent release of Genshin Impact 3.0, we’re introduced to the region of Sumeru. Here, we’ll discover the element of Dendro, new characters, and many resources to help ascend them. In particular, if you’re planning on ascending Tighnari, you’ll need a resource known as Nilotpala Lotus.
These water flowers spawn in very specific areas of the game, so it’s no surprise that it may be challenging to find enough for ascending. If you’re interested in learning more, continue reading to discover where to find Nilotpala Lotus in Genshin Impact.
Where to Get Nilotpala Lotus in Genshin Impact
Nilotpala Lotus is a water flower that you’ll find along the riverbanks throughout Sumeru. They are native to the new region, so you’ll have to make your way there after reaching Adventure Rank 35 and completing Chapter II: Act IV. From here, there are a few main areas you can search:
Palace of Alcazarzaray
Head to the teleporters either directly west or east of the Palace of Alcazarzaray. Surrounding the Palace is a small body of water with lotuses scattered around. Circle around the area, picking up lotuses along the way before heading to the next farming spot.

Northern Avidya Forest
Go to the Lokapala Jungle teleporter directly northeast of Sumeru City and head south towards the river. Despite splitting off into three directions, you’ll find Nilotpala Lotuses along all three sections. However, you’ll mainly focus on the southeastern part of this area, venturing east to the river’s end to pick up a few extra lotuses.

Chinhat Ravine, Avidya Forest
Head northeast from the Avidya Forest teleporter or south of the southern Sumeru City one. From here, go towards the Chinvat Ravine river. Upon landing in the water, you’ll find numerous of these small, blue flowers in the water. Since they are clustered in this area, several are scattered around the small land masses here, particularly near the twin waterfalls slightly west.

Ardravi Valley
Surrounding Devantaka Mountain is two separate farming spots for you to explore. Take the Ardravi Valley teleporter directly south of Vimara Village and travel east into the river. You’ll find clusters of lotuses in the water traveling south.
Next, you can either teleport to the Devantaka Mountain Statue of Seven or the northern Ardravi Valley teleport and head to the eastern part of the area. In the small alcove, you’ll find another cluster of Nilotpala Lotuses to gather.

Pardis Dhyai
Take the Statue of Seven teleporter southwest of the Pardis Dhyai and head to the small pond to the northeast. In here, you’ll find around four extra lotuses. Just be careful since this area, in particular, has several enemies that may catch you off guard!
These routes can net you dozens of lotuses in 10-15 minutes. While it may take extra time to unlock each teleporter, you can return to each spot later and collect the Nilotpala Lotuses again. While they respawn, you can continue exploring the region, progressing through some quests, or finding additional resources.
