If you’ve played anything to do with the new Final Fantasy VII series, whether it’s the Rebirth Demo or Remake’s Yuffie DLC, you’ll be well rewarded for it in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth. Here’s how to claim the bonus items for playing the Rebirth Demo, Remake, and Remake’s EPISODE INTERmission DLC.
How to Get Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth Bonus Items
In order to get the Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth bonus items, you need to have a save file for at least one of the following on the PS5 that you’re playing the game on:
- Final Fantasy 7 Remake.
- Final Fantasy 7 Remake: EPISODE INTERmission DLC.
- Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth Demo.
When you first start FF7 Rebirth for the first time and select “New Game,” the game will ask you if you want to check if you’re eligible for any bonus items. But there is one more step to take before you can get them in your game, though:
- Play through to Chapter 2. If you finished the Nibelheim section of the Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth Demo, you’ll be able to skip through.
- Press the Options button (☰) to open the menu. Scroll down to “System” and press X.
- Click on “DLC / Bonuses,” and a new menu will open, showing you which items you’ve received. Press X on them to claim your items.
- You’ll then find your bonus items in your inventory.
If you didn’t do so when first starting the game, do the following to claim any bonus items you’re eligible for in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth:
- Boot up Final Fantasy VII Rebirth on PlayStation 5.
- On the title screen, scroll down to “Bonuses” and press X.
- A window will pop up, informing you of the bonuses you can get. Select “Check Saved Data.”
- The game will check for reward eligibility. If you are, a new window will appear telling you what you’ve received.
- Play through to Chapter 2. You can skip through if you finished the Nibelheim section of the Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth Demo.
- Press the Options button (☰) to open the menu. Scroll down to “System” and select it.
- Navigate to “DLC / Bonuses,” and a new menu will show you which items you’ve received. Press X on them to claim them.
- You’ll then find your bonus items in your inventory.

- Kupo Charm and Survival Set – Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth Demo save data.
The Leviathan and Ramuh Materia allow you to summon Leviathan and Ramuh to aid you in battle, while the Kupo Charm increases the yield rate when gathering resources used with the Item Transmuter. The Survival Set includes five Potions, three Mist Potions, two Ether, one Elixir, and five Cushions.
