The new update 1.26 for Gran Turismo 7 is out today, and in addition to three new FR cars and one new track, it also brings a long-awaited feature to the popular PlayStation real driving simulator.
You Are Finally Able to Sell Cars in Gran Turismo 7
Gran Turismo is many things, besides being a realistic driving simulation, these games have always been a great platform for building car collections. In Gran Turismo 7, the latest sequel, there are plenty of new models as well as used cars that players can buy or win, but one option was missing from the beginning – the ability to sell cars. If you won a car that you already have, you want to have a smaller neatly organized garage, or maybe to recover part of the invested credits, this option is necessary – it’s a shame that it took so long to implement it.

Of course, if you are just starting out with Gran Turismo 7, the ability to sell cars will not be immediately available to you, because as the PlayStation Blog reports, “players would be able to sell cars within their personal garage once the GT Café Menus are completed.” So, there you have it, you will be able to sell cars in Gran Turismo 7 – but only after you finish the main campaign.
Aside from finally unlocking the ability to sell cars, the free 1.26 update for Gran Turismo 7 brings the following:
New tracks in the 1.16 update
- Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta Race Circuit
New cars in the 1.16 update
- BMW M2 Competition ‘18
- Ford Sierra RS 500 Cosworth ‘87
- Nissan Silvia K’s Aero (S14) ‘96
Gran Turismo 7 is available on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5.
