One robot assassin with a heart the size of a pea? CHECK.

We thought we were getting Forge but that dang Revenant killed him before we ever got to try him out! Apex Legends season 4 officially kicks off on February 4th and Revenant is only the beginning of what the next wave of content has in store. From Hammond Robotics worksites popping up all over World’s Edge to new weapons, tons more Battle Pass rewards, and Ranked Series 3? There’s a lot of reasons to drop back into Respawn’s highly praised battle royale experience.

But what about the newest legend? According to the studio, “Revenant used to be human. He was the greatest hitman the Mercenary Syndicate ever had. But when his programming eventually failed, he saw what Hammond Robotics had turned him into: a walking nightmare of steel and vestigial flesh. The return of Hammond Robotics to the Outlands has renewed his thirst for vengeance, and he won’t stop until they’re all dead. Of course, he doesn’t mind eviscerating a few Legends along the way.”

Apex Legends season 4 officially launches on February 4th on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC. Still no Nintendo Switch news yet, though we’re keeping hope alive!
