What an amazing weekend to play some first person shooters on the shiny new next generation consoles. As we reported earlier, Battlefield 4 players get an entire week of double XP. Now Activision announced that from November 29th at 10:00 AM PST until December 2nd at 10:00 AM PST, players can rank up twice as fast playing Call of Duty: Ghosts.
The event is exclusive to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One owners. If you haven’t upgraded from the current to next generation CoD: Ghosts, now is the perfect time. For those who purchased the PlayStation 3 or Xbox 360 physical copies of the game, the upgrade is only about $10. What’s even more exciting is that you can carry your stats over from the current to next generation, so you won’t start over from scratch.
