OK, Skyrim fans, it’s time to go back to that game you love so much because new downloadable content is available. We’ll see you in a few weeks.
Hearthfire, the latest addition to Bethesda’s epic role-playing adventure, is now available for download on Xbox Live Marketplace. It’ll set you back 400 Microsoft points ($5), but it’s definitely worth every penny.
In Hearthfire, you’re able to purchase land and build your own home from the ground up, customizing it however you please (don’t be a slob, man — maintain!) and adding things on as you go along. You can even customize rooms however you wish, adding an armory, alchemy lab (like a medieval Walter White!) and more.
In the game, you can also adopt children and raise them however you please, whether they’re a monster or a cute little thing. Nothing beats being a responsible parent while you’re battling dragons.
There’s no word on whether the content will come to PS3, since they’re still sort of waiting for Dawnguard to be working on their system. We’ll let you know if anything is announced.
