It’s the golden rule of mods: If there’s a chance for Thomas the Tank Engine to be there, be there he shall be. The latest game the creepy, happy-go-lucky train to fall victim to this hilarious mod is none other than Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, because naturally.

So who is our good ‘ol boy Tommy replacing this time? The Great Serpent in FromSoftware’s latest unforgivably brutal adventure. It’s a fairly simple mod, one with very clear objective: Swap out the Great Serpent for a much friendly foe. Don’t get us wrong – this enemy will still kick your butt – but he’ll look much nicer when doing so with the help of this mod. 

Want to get in on this Thomas the Tank Engine action? First, you need to download the Sekiro mod engine here. From there, go to the Nexus Mods page here for further instructions. Luckily, it’s pretty straight forward but make sure to back up your game files – you know, just in case. 

Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice is now available on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC. Since the PC version is the only version that supports mods, the Tommy experience is restricted to that platform.
