Exoprimal is here, and… it’s not that bad? Although it didn’t initially get the best reviews from critics, many players are enjoying exterminating wave upon wave of dinosaurs. Through repeated online matches in Dino Survival mode with your team, you will encounter many types of dinosaurs that progressively become more and more dangerous. I’ve compiled a list below of every type of dinosaur currently in Exoprimal.
All Dinosaurs in Exoprimal
First, we have the archeologically accurate or, better said, Jurassic Park-accurate dinosaurs that you will face in Exoprimal. Those species include the following:
- Ankylosaurus
- Carnotaurus
- Dilophosaurus
- Pachycephalosaurus
- Pteranodon
- Raptor
- Triceratops
- T. Rex
- Sinornithosaurus
- Stegosaurus

All Neo-Dinosaurs in Exoprimal
In addition to the standard dinosaurs in Exoprimal, later in the campaign, you will also fight neo-dinosaurs. These are mutated, more dangerous versions that include:
- Evoker Neosaur
- Gas Neosaur
- Neo Ankylosaurus
- Neo T. Rex
- Pyro Neosaur
- Sniper Neosaur
- Stealth Neosaur
- Cryo Neosaur
- Neo Triceratops (scheduled to be added in Season 3)

Those are all the dinosaurs and neo-dinosaurs that are present in Exoprimal now, with only one new one announced through the roadmap for the next three seasons. It remains to be seen how many new types and variations Capcom will add through other unannounced updates.
I feel like Exoprimal needs more big dinosaurs like the Spinosaurus or maybe a Giganotosaurus. Remember that one from Jurassic World Dominion, or maybe… Dino Crisis 2? How about a crossover, Capcom?
