Kenji is one of the first Social Links you’ll make in Persona 3 Reload, whose Classmate Social Link is immensely helpful with early game fusions. Here are all the Magician Social Link answers in Persona 3 Reload.

The Magician Social Link is represented by Kenji Tomochika, and it automatically starts on 4/22. Kenji is always available in your classroom on Thursdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, except during the weeks before tests. Picking the correct dialogue options gives you more points in his Link so you can level up immediately the next time you meet.

Always bring a Persona of the Magician Arcana (like Jack Frost or Nekomata) to get extra points. You might not be able to level up during each meeting if you don’t do it. When you see the “I feel like I might grow closer to Tomochika soon…” message, it means you’re guaranteed to level up during the next meeting.

Completing the Magician Social Link allows you to fuse Futsunushi, the strongest Magician Persona available in the game. But you probably won’t be able to do it until the very end of the game, so keep this in mind.

How to Get Jack Frost in Persona 3 Reload

You can get Jack Frost by fusing him or finding his card from Shuffle Time. Jack Frost is of the Magician Arcana, meaning he’ll give you a boost when doing Kenji’s Social Link. He starts at level 8 and has many ice moves like Bufu and Mabufu. Here are a few Persona combinations that’ll give you Jack Frost:

  • Ara Mitama + Angel
  • Omoikane + Pixie
  • Apsaras + Silky
  • Orpheus + Unicorn
  • Omoikane + Silky

How to Get Nekomata in Persona 3 Reload

Like Jack Frost, Nekomata can be acquired either through fusion or Shuffle Time. Nekomata is of the Magician Arcana and starts at level 3. Nekomata learns moves such as Agi, Rakunda, Dia, Power Slash, Resist Distress, Marin Karin, Maragi, and so on. Here are a few Persona combinations that’ll give you Nekomata:

  • Orpheus + Apsaras
  • Apsaras + Pixie
  • Jack Frost + Hua Po
  • Jack Frost + Jack-o’-Lantern

Kenji’s Social Link is as plain as it can get, but it’s still nice hanging out with a buddy from your class despite all of these implications. Magician Personas are very common early in the game, too, and since you don’t need any Social Stat to hang out with him, it’ll probably be one of the first links you’ll complete.
