Pikmin 4 will arrive at the end of July 2023 on Switch as the first sequel of this unique puzzle/RTS hybrid series made especially for Nintendo’s current system. Although there is still a long way to go before the release of the final version of the game, you can already try the demo today, which can be downloaded for free from the Nintendo eShop.

Can You Carry Over Pikmin 4 Demo Save Data to the Full Version?
Nintendo confirmed on its official website that it is possible to transfer the save file from the demo to the full version, but there is even more! If you complete the demo, you can win a reward for Pikmin Bloom – the mobile version of the game that makes you get out of the house. The reward is the Pikmin 4 Oatchi-Rider costume that can be used in the Pikimin Bloom app.

Also, if you try the Pikmin 4 Demo at participating retailers from July 7 to October 10, you can win 200 My Nintendo Platinum Points. Those points can be claimed via a QR code that will be displayed at the end of the demo. Select retailers for this promotion are Best Buy, GameStop, Target, and Walmart. Platinum Points can be used to claim things like Pikmin 4 sticker sets, digital wallpaper, and other available stuff from My Nintendo store.
