The developers from Avalanche Software have not released the official patch notes for now, but we know that it is expected to fix some issues with Ray Tracing mode on PC and next-gen consoles PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X.

In addition, the Hogwarts Legacy Day One patch should correct game crashing issues, and bring general stability fixes, some performance improvements, and various other minor fixes – aside from that generic explanation, other details are not known for now.

It is possible that the Day One patch will correct some of the known issues listed on the official Hogwarts Legacy website, such as:

  • Crashing after Seizure warning
  • Falling through the game world
  • Frame rate issues and green face bug
  • Missing separate settings for text/subtitle/UI and/or audio language.
  • NPCs popping into existence suddenly while exploring Hogwarts
  • Professor Fig Bug
  • PlayStation’s DualSense issues with haptics not working
  • The game crashes after accepting the terms

As soon as the full patch notes for Day One Patch for Hogwarts Legacy are released we will post them here! Until then, enjoy the launch of one of the biggest games this year.
