Having the right weapon for the job can literally be the difference between life and death in this game. Having a ranged weapon can give you an advantage in certain encounters. Here’s how to craft a bow in Sons of the Forest.
How to Craft a Bow in Sons of the Forest
Crafting a bow in Sons of the Forest requires three main ingredients for the recipe. You will need the following materials,
- Sticks
- Rope
- Duct tape
You can obtain sticks by chopping down trees with your axe. Luckily you’re in a forest, and trees are in no short supply, so sticks will be the easiest of the three resources you’ll need to craft the bow.
For rope and duct tape, you’ll have a few different options. They are a much more difficult resource to find naturally. However, the starting area of the game should yield some to get you started. So keep an eye out in your spawn location for rope and duct tape. If you’ve happened to use all of the ones in this area, you’ll need to find another way to obtain them.
