How To Get To The Royal Hidden Passage In Tears of the Kingdom

Head to the Lookout Landing Skyview Tower (-0293, 0137, 0025) and head directly to the Hyrule Emergency Shelter. This can be found directly in the middle of this small town area. You may need to speak to an NPC for them to open the doors if they are not open for you already.

Once you have arrived at the Hyrule Emergency Shelter (-0251, 0100, 0021), you’ll want to immediately drop inside. Either take the ladder down to the bottom or have some fun with it and jump down. You may take a small amount of fall damage if you don’t pop the glider open before you hit the bottom, however.

Look toward the rear of the shelter, where you will see a small hole in the wall. This is our destination, and we’ll need to crouch (L3 on your joystick) to enter this small crevice (-0254, 0015, 0009). Keep walking forward and you’ve finally made your way to the entrance of the Royal Hidden Passageway.

Once you have entered, you’ll need to either fuse a weapon that can break through rocks, stock up on plenty of Bomb Arrows before you come down here or use the Vow of Yunobo to make your way deeper within these caves. Inside, you’ll find plenty of enemies that you’ll need to challenge and take down, so make sure that you’ve got plenty of pizza before you jump into this sprawling labyrinth. You can also find the Horned Statue near this location.

Now that you’ve accomplished this, make sure that you’re ready to face the creatures within by upgrading your armor with the Great Fairies around the map. You should also venture into our Tears of the Kingdom section below to ensure that you’re ready for anything coming your way. From the mighty Gleeok to the never-ending search for Korok Seeds, we’ve got you covered.
