Like most pseudo-legendary Pokemon in the game, the story of Haxorus starts with a tiny little Pokemon and takes a long time to evolve fully. However, once Fraxure evolves into Haxorus, it will have been worth the wait and grind.

You can speed up the grind by using EXP Candies that can be obtained from doing Tera Raid battles. These candies can give a ton of experience to a Pokemon and level them up quickly.
