How to Equip Outfits in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth (FF7)
You won’t be able to change your party’s outfits until Chapter 6 when you arrive at Costa del Sol. Once there, you’ll start a main scenario quest line that puts Cloud, Tifa, and Aerith on the hunt for Companion Cards that will let them purchase beachwear.
You can then change into this beach wear in the changing booths scattered around Costa del Sol. The most accessible ones are behind the Outfit Exchange on the main street, where you can purchase swimwear, or beside the beach entrance. Once you complete Chapter 6, you can return to these changing booths to change into whatever outfit you like. However, leaving the Costa del Sol region will cause your party to change back into their default outfits.
But once you complete the game and see the end credits roll, a permanent changing booth opens up at Bill’s Ranch in the Grassland Region. Here, you can opt to change your party into whatever outfit you like and continue the game in that outfit.
