How to Get BrayTech Osprey in Destiny 2

The Legendary Rocket Launcher, BrayTech Osprey, made its debut all the way back in Season 3, four years ago. And it was quite the big deal back then, as it tied to the highly coveted Wayfarer Title while also being a great PvE and PvP weapon. But since then, it’s filtered out of the loot pool and into the archives, with dozens (if not hundreds) of Destiny 2 weapons.

At least until now.

BrayTech Osprey will be making its grand return in Season 21. And just like its first debut, it will be obtainable through Nightfalls.

If you’ve never completed a Nightfall, this might sound intimidating. But BrayTech is absolutely worth it. Nightfalls are also fairly formulaic, and you can increase your odds of this High-Impact Frame Rocket Launcher dropping by scoring over 100,000 points. To do this, you’re going to want to take down as many Champions as possible and complete the Nightfall with a good balance of efficiency and killing.

And if BrayTech Osprey doesn’t drop the first time, that’s okay. Destiny 2 is all about the grind and RNG. Speaking of which, it’s likely that BrayTech Osprey will get a few touch ups that will expand its perk pool. This will likely make an already great gun even better, though we’ll have to wait and see.

But Braytech Osprey isn’t the only gun that’s returning to the loot pool after years away. Veteran guardians will be happy to see that Loaded Question is back, too. Check out how to get it here: How to Get Loaded Question in Destiny 2.
