The Epitaph is a wrist-mounted sidearm, and secondary weapon that just received a Prime version in the Lotus Eaters update for Warframe. Here is how to get the Epitaph Prime in Warframe.
How to Unlock Epitaph Prime in Warframe
Warframe players can get Epitaph Prime by unlocking the parts by opening Relics and then building it at the Foundry. Here are the required Void Relics for each part:
- Blueprint – Axi O6 (Common)
- Barrel – Lith W4 (Uncommon)
- Receiver – Neo E4 (Rare)
Players can earn these Relics by completing specific missions on planets listed in each Relic’s info tab or by buying Relic Packs with 20,000 Syndicate standing. The Relics can then be equipped during Void Fissure missions for a chance to unlock the Epitaph Prime part. Grouping up with other players with the same Relic equipped can increase the chance of getting the specific part since there will be up to four options to choose from on the mission results screen.
The Epitaph Prime can also be purchased as part of the few Sevagoth Prime Access Packs as long as they are available. These are purchased with real money and can cost $49.99 for the Weapons Pack, $79.99 for the Prime Pack, and $139.99 for the Complete Pack.
Epitaph Prime Crafting Requirements in Warframe
Unlike the Warframe components, players do not have to craft the Epitaph Prime Barrel and Receiver. It will then take 12 hours to build the entire Epitaph Prime weapon, though players can instantly remove the time limit by spending the premium Platinum currency. Here are all the crafting requirements to build the Epitaph Prime in Warframe:
Epitaph Prime Blueprint
- 15,000 Credits
- Epitaph Prime Barrel
- Epitaph Prime Receiver
- 10 Orokin Cells
