One of the most mysterious crafting materials in Diablo 4 is the Fiend Rose, and even as you reach the end of the campaign, you will be lucky to find even one. To get a hold of these tainted flowers, there is plenty of grinding on the road ahead, and I can point you in the right direction.
How to Find Fiend Roses in Diablo 4
I was able to farm Fiend Roses in the Amber Sands of Kehjistan during a Helltide. To get Fiend Roses at all, you must participate in Helltide events or search Silent Chests around Sanctuary. Helltide events are by far the best way to farm Fiend Roses in Diablo 4, but you will not be able to start them until you are at least level 50. Even then, there is some grinding ahead.
The Helltide events take place in Sanctuary when you change the game to World Tier 3. To reach World Tier 3, you must complete the Capstone Dungeon at level 50. After the Capstone is conquered, the Helltide events can start rolling in. Completing the Capstone is a challenge, but I was able to get through it with just one other friend.

Once the Helltide events are unlocked, you can find Fiend Roses growing in areas where the tide has plagued the land. They appear just like any other materials in the game, but they are limited to the Helltide effected land.
If you aren’t keen on grinding to level 50 right away, then you can take your chances with a Silent Chest. When you get really lucky, these chests can drop a Fiend Flower which can be a massive boon as you get to the late game for potions and elixirs. To open the chests, you need a Whispering Key in Diablo 4, and I have just the guide for you.
