How to Get the Surf TM in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet

If you want to obtain the Surf TM, you will need to head to Levincia City. This is the city home to Iono, the electric-type gym leader. It’s located on the far east of the map and is the town with the large skyscrapers. You can’t miss it.

The Surf TM is located on the city’s south side, behind one of the buildings next to the beach. You’ll find the glowing yellow Poke Ball containing the Surf TM wedged between a brown barrel and some vending machines against the wall.

The easiest way to get there is to fast travel to Levincia City South and then take the road up the right side of the city. You’ll quickly find the location by following the city’s edge on the beach.

  • 10000 LP
  • 5 Finneon Scales
  • 3 Wiglett Sand
  • 3 Finizen Mucus
