How to Solve the Luminflux Pyxis Puzzles in Honkai: Star Rail

Honkai: Star Rail surely loves its puzzles, and we’ve covered many of them in the past, but here’s one more coming at you. The Luiminflux Pyxis is a puzzle that requires you to reposition lasers so that they destroy the flower buds that have spawned on the Artisanship Commission. Later to help out Master Gongshu, you’ll be helping him to pop balloons in the same fashion to test out his weaponry to maximize efficiency for the future, as well as collect some rewards while we’re at it.

Luminflux Pyxis Story Puzzle Solutions in Honkai: Star Rail

All good things come in threes, and that’s how you’ll expect most of these puzzles to go. As you’re trying to lead Master Gongshu to safety while skirting around the Ebon Deer, you’ll need to destroy three sections of plant buds that have spawned since the Arbor grew out of control and took over the Artisanship Commission. Following the Navigation to the spots indicated on the map, here are the solutions to the three spots where you’ll need to solve the puzzle, destroy the buds, and further progress the story.

Luminflux Pyxis Puzzle Solutions in Honkai: Star Rail

After the initial puzzle is finished and Master Gongshu is in a relatively safer position, you’ll be able to return to visit him in the Artisanship Commission where he’ll continue to come up with new tests for you to complete. You’ll return each day for about three days, where he will come up with three new puzzles for you each time. This results in a chest each time, so it’s worth coming back to claim those for the materials and Stellar Jades. To know that you’ve claimed them all, you’ll check the map where he usually is in the Artisanship Commission, and if there is no longer a puzzle Icon with a refresh symbol in the middle, that indicates you’ve finished for the time being.
