Complete Side Quests
There are specific side quests that must be completed for you to get all the fairies out of hiding in their giant bud. All of the quests involve finding musicians to play music for them.

Have Plenty of Materials in Your Inventory
To enhance armor sets in Tears of the Kingdom, you must have a plethora of common and rare materials. From amber to Dinraal’s scale, small critters in caves, monster parts collected from battles, and more are all required to upgrade armor.
Have Plenty of Rupees to Pay for Enhancements
Coupled with the materials, you’ll also be required to pay Rupees to enhance your armor pieces. It will cost 10 Rupees per upgrade. So if you’ve tracked down and collected many pieces of armor, it’s best you have plenty of Rupees ready to cash out at one of the Great Fairy Fountains.
