Players in The First Descendant are given many options to increase the power of their character, but one method that could be overlooked is increasing your Mastery Rank. Here is how to upgrade your Mastery Rank in The First Descendant.
How to Increase Mastery Rank in The First Descendant
Mastery Rank in The First Descendant can be upgraded by visiting Prime Hands in Albion. It is a console located on the left section of Albion that is used when players spawn in the central area.
Players will not be able to use Prime Hands until they have leveled up their Master Rank. However, it is much different than the character rank. Character rank increases by destroying enemies and completing missions, and is for the currently equipped Descendant. Mastery Rank is on an account level, so players can earn XP by completing missions, raising Weapon Proficiency, and leveling up multiple Descendants.
That means players should be researching new Descendants and constantly using new weapons to level them up, which will increase your Mastery Rank. Upgrading your Master Rank will come with new bonuses that will affect all Descendants that the player owns.
Mastery Rank Bonuses in The First Descendant
There are 30 Mastery Ranks for The First Descendant players to complete, and each offers different bonuses that benefit all owned Descendants. That means players who acquire new Descendants will receive all the earned Mastery Rank bonuses immediately. Here are the Mastery Rank benefits that players can get by maxing out at rank 30:
Mastery Rank Benefits | Mastery Rank 1 | Mastery Rank 30 |
