After completing the four main temples of The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, you’ll be tasked with one final dungeon before heading to the end of the game. Finding the fifth Sage is a bit cumbersome and has a lot of moving parts. So let’s break down how to find the fifth Sage in Tears of The Kingdom.
How to Find the 5th Sage in TotK
First off, you can find the fifth Sage at any point in the game. I watched my roommate stumble upon it before completing any of the temples in the game. The location of the fifth Sage begins at the Thunderhead Isles in the Faron Sky Archipelago. The coordinates are (1364, -3263, 0431)
You can’t miss it; it’s the giant sky island enveloped in a giant thunderstorm cloud. You can choose to fly directly into it and brave the storm, or you can go and acquire the Charged Armor set, which the game will point you toward after talking to Purah and completing the four temples.

You’ll find Tauro at the Faron Ruins, and he will teach you about finding the three pieces of armor along the snakelike river in front of you. Go into each of the rooms hidden along the river to find the three pieces of armor, and then go to the end of the river, where you will drop a Zonai Charge at the altar. This will remove the storm from Thunderhead Isle and make traversing sky island easier. However, it’s not a requirement.
We recommend taking a picture of the treasure chest, opening your map, and turning on the Sensor + to search for chests; this will help you locate the rooms with the armor.
Make your way through Thunderhead Islands until you reach Dragonhead Island and the coordinates above. Here you will find a Zonai Mask that you must bring to the location of the green beam it is emitting. Once there, you’ll take an elevator to the depths, where you will begin to assemble a body for the fifth sage.
