The Gloom-Born Illness is one of the many problems for Link to solve in Kakariko Village, and to put an end to the illness that is hurting Lasil’s grandmother, players will need to find some Wild Greens. What makes this more difficult is the lack of labeled Wild Greens in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, but we have you covered with what counts as ingredients for this quest.
Where to Get Wild Greens in Tears of the Kingdom (TotK)
Wild Greens is just another name for most plants that grow in the wild and can be used as a cooking ingredient. The best option for the greens, however, is the Sundelion due to the anti-gloom properties that the plant has by default. One area where I easily found Sundelions was on a Sky Island with the coordinates at (-2354, 0788, 0611).
To reach this Sky Island, you can easily take the Lindor’s Brow Skyview Tower to boost and glide to the top of the island from there. As you make your way down, there will be plenty of Sundelions scattered around that can be collected as Wild Greens for the Gloom-Born Illness solution in Tears of the Kingdom.

TotK: Wild Greens Listed
Although the Sundelion is one of the best options for Wild Greens in TotK, it is not the only way for Link to find them. As I have explored Hyrule, some plants like the Hearty Raddish and the Hyrule Herb have appeared frequently around the entirety of the map. Both of those count as Wild Greens as well, so stock up on these before you reach Kakariko Village.
One of the main reasons I would still recommend grabbing the Sundelion is the focus on anti-gloom. If the goal is to help Lasil’s grandmother overcome the Gloom-Born Illness, then these plants are your best bet.
