If you’ve found yourself trying to escape an enemy on Rito Mountain or through the sandy landscape of the Gerudo Desert in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, nothing feels worse than hitting a patch of snow or sand and slowing down to what feels like a crawl. Thankfully, there is a piece of armor that can alleviate that pain for you, no matter where you go. You just have to know where to find it, and we’ve got you covered. Let’s find out how to get our hands on Snow Boots and Sand Boots in TotK.
Where To Find Snow & Sand Boots In Tears Of The Kingdom
Gerudo Town (-3834, -2915, 0044) can be a dangerous place. There are plenty of enemies hoping to take you down if you don’t move quickly, so that’s exactly what we are going to do. Make your way toward the entrance, and swing a quick right to find a hole in the ground.

Once you’ve jumped in the hole (-3793, -2902, 0043), don’t even worry about activating your Glider to make a safe descent. At the bottom, you’ll find a small pond of water and a wall of stones. Grab your favorite smashing tool and get to work on destroying the wall in front of you.
Don’t forget that you can fuse a broken rock to a crummy sword to make quick work of it or fuse a Bomb Flower to an arrow and shoot the wall. It’s a fairly small amount of rocks compared to what you’ve dealt with in the past, so you shouldn’t need to worry about needing to create a new weapon before you’re through them all.
Now that you’ve cleared those out of the way, you’ll just need to climb the wall before you and get ready to smash a few more rocks out of your way. These rocks, however, have branching pathways. One leads to a completely dead end, and the other leads us to where we want to be. Veer left while smashing to find a small room.

Once you have gotten into this room (-3792, -2920, 0032), you’ll want to use your Ascend ability to make a sneaky entrance into the Secret Fashion Club. That’s right; this is the same path you can take if you’re hoping to purchase some of the Desert Voe Armor Set; these boots are also available in the same shop.
The biggest problem is they’re rather expensive. The Snow Boots come in at a whopping 1,300 Rupees, and the Sand Boots are slightly cheaper at 1,200 Rupees. If you need to rack up some cash quickly, we’ve got you covered on how to make money fast. Once you have purchased these, however, you’ll no longer slow down when you hit patches of sand or snow, making them one of the best purchases you can make in the game.
