As we kit up, stretch, and play the last of Madden 23 before the next installment comes on August 18, we ask and answer the question: what platforms will Madden NFL 24 be made available on?
With some sports games slowly moving away from old-gen consoles, this question will become more and more fundamental as the years pass. EA Sports PGA Tour is one of the sports games that are now console exclusive, and because of this, it saw great success following its release. It allowed for fewer bugs and unlimited fun with outstanding graphics and gameplay.
In this post, I’ll not only cover all the playable platforms but also state what the favored one is and why. Let’s not waste any more time and get into all the platforms Madden NFL 24 will be available on.
All Platforms Madden NFL 24 Be Released On
There will be all but one platform that gets to enjoy Madden NFL 24. Those included are as follows:
- PlayStation 4,
- PlayStation 5,
- Xbox One
- Xbox Series X|S,
- Steam, and
- PC.
Sadly, the Nintendo Switch will miss out on another significant sports video game drop and will not be included as one of the many platforms on which Madden 24 will be playable. Below is a related post from 2022 on why we will probably not see a Madden title on the Switch for now or the foreseeable future.

In EA’s Gridiron notes, they made it very clear that all the major consoles are invited to the Gridiron gang, but the PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC will take preference over the previous-gen consoles when adding new features. This means that PS4 and Xbox One players will not get to experience some or most of the new features coming in Madden 24.
