Forests in Tears of the Kingdom are difficult places to ride a horse. You try to navigate the dirt roads and trees, only to accidentally fall into a random river and scare the horse away. It happens! Fortunately, the southeastern forests south of Jia Highlands and Farosh Hills house a small stable by the lakeside that you can visit to care for your horses, chat with a few NPCs and pick up Pony Point rewards. Lakeside Stable Location in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom (TOTK)
You can spot Lakeside Stable near Joju-u-u Shrine, west of Lake Floria and east of Highlands Stable. The exact coordinates for Lakeside Stable are (1554, -3536, 0061).
Since Lakeside Stable is along the way to Lurelin Village, you can teleport to shrines like Bamitok and Sifumim Shrines and travel west if you’ve visited this settlement before. If you’re new to this area, you can take the route I did and teleport to Popla Foothills Skyview Tower before flying down and taking the path southeast to the stable.
If you end up climbing any hills or platforms during your travels, watch out for rainstorms! The rain makes surfaces slippery and much harder to climb. Bringing extra bottles of sticky elixir or equipping Froggy armor will help you combat this.

What Can You Find at TOTK’s Lakeside Stable?
Once you arrive at Lakeside Stable, you won’t find much going on. Across the ravine, you’ll find a sanctuary for a new animal species, but outside this, the building isn’t too busy. It also isn’t one of the stables you need for the Potential Princess Sightings quest line with the Lucky Clover Gazette, so don’t worry about traveling here if you’re working toward obtaining the Froggy Armor set.
However, you will meet Anly, the stable owner, who’ll reward you with a Pony Point during your first conversation. You can also register wild horses you find along your adventures or rent a bed to regain hearts. If you’re familiar with Pony Points but don’t know how to use its first reward, be sure to check out how to use the Towing Harness in Tears of the Kingdom.
