Sometimes, you just can’t hit hard enough. And when that happens, it’s time to pull out those attack boosting meals, which only become so potent when Mighty Thistle is added to them. Here’s where to get Mighty Thistle in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
Where to Get Mighty Thistle in Tears of the Kingdom
Finding the resources to create the perfect meal is no easy feat, as Hyrule is pretty darn big. And if you’re trying to track down a rare plant like Mighty Thistle, you have your work cut out for you. But that’s why you’re here. Here are the very best spots to find them.
- North of Piper Ridge beside the small pond – 11 x Mighty Thistle
- North of Rabella Wetlands – 3 x Mighty Thistle
- Directly South of Floria River – 2 x Mighty Thistle
As you can see, Piper Ridge is the best resource for Mighty Thistle by a long shot. Piper Ridge is just South of Rito Village or directly left from New Serenne Stable, over the chasm. The specific location can be found at coordinates -3545, 0761, 0187. While you’re looking for it, zoom close to Piper Ridge and you’ll see a small pond. This is where you’ll want to go. There’s also Silent Princess and a Korok nearby, too.
For the second best spot, fast travel to Rabella Wetlands Skyview Tower then leave via the back, climbing the northern and nearby Mount Taran. On top of this mountain, you’ll see a rock shelf just below you on the northern side, right before Koto Pond. The Mightly Thistle will be on this outcropping. The coordinates are 2458, -2583, 0164.

The last option is in the very far south. Go to Lakeside Stable, which is close to the very bottom shoreline. From the stable, follow the path to Floria River. The Mighty Thistle will spawn on the path beneath the Floria River name on your map. The coordinates are 1271, -3363, 0048.
Another very good option is a little more East. At the top of Riola Spring there are at least four Mighty Thistle and this point is easily accessible through the Rabella Wetlands Skyview Tower. This might actually be my new favorite place, as every other spot requires some hiking.
With that, you can finally cook as many muscle-growing meals as you like!
While you’re cooking, you’ll need some carrots in your pantry. Check out how to get the rare Endura Carrots here: How to Find Endura Carrots in Tears of the Kingdom (TotK).
