While traversing through the several core worlds of Remnant 2, you’re likely to come across a ton of loot. Some of these will be rings that can provide some stat boosts or new stats under certain conditions, others are amulets that offer just a bit more over your standard ring. The most exciting reward of all though is new weapons, which can often make or break a build. One such weapon has more uses than just offense. Here’s how to get the Dreamcatcher in Remnant 2.
Where to Find the Dreamcatcher Secret Weapon in Remnant 2
Getting a Dreamcatcher takes a few extra steps. First things first, you’ll need to acquire three Stone-Carved Dolls located across the Asylum section of Losomn. We won’t go into too much detail on the locations, but you can expect to find two on the first and third floors, and one last one in the courtyard. Bring these Stone-Carved Dolls to the lady in the basement of the Asylum, then open the door using the Prison Cell Key to get the Nightweaver Stone Doll. Head to the dream dimension (later in the Losomn story if you haven’t gotten there yet), and give the Doll to the webbing to get the Dreamcatcher.

The Dreamcatcher swings fairly fast, but its mod is where things get interesting. Charge Attacks cause the Dreamcatcher to send out a wave of Dreamwave 20m around you. Any enemies caught within are slowed for 10 seconds. Hits also grant you a stack of Reverie, which increases your movement speed and damage by 2% per stack. Each stack lasts 15 seconds and stacks infinitely.
Along with being a nice offensive weapon, the Dreamcatcher is useful for a few puzzles across the world of Remnant 2. For example, the Huntress boss that has a chance to spawn when traversing Losomn has a secret encounter when hit by the Dreamcatcher. You’ll be teleported to another realm, where you can kill the Huntress to get the Sacred Hunt Feather instead of the usual Venerated Spearhead. This will grant the Familiar mod when used in crafting at McCabe. Other uses include in Root Earth and with Nimue, though we’ll let you figure those out for yourself.
