How to Join the Palia Closed Beta
To sign up for the Palia closed beta, you must create an account at the official Palia account sign-up page before clicking the email notification checkbox. By doing this, you have a chance to receive an invitation to participate in the beta. Invites will roll out daily, so don’t be alarmed if you don’t get an email on the first day!
Starting on August 2, 2023, at 10 AM PT, the closed beta servers will go live for those invited to play, allowing you to test it out and give feedback on the game!
If you already participated in the alpha testing in early July, you won’t have to create another account to participate. Your log-in will automatically carry over to the beta.
As well, if you are unavailable during the Closed Beta or don’t get an invitation to join, you can join the Open Beta starting August 10 at the same time. If you participate in the Closed Beta, your progress will carry over to the Open Beta, allowing you to begin from where you last played!
Alongside the Closed and Open Beta periods, Palia also has a Refer-a-Friend system, allowing you to invite friends to play while also gaining rewards for your account.
If you cannot participate in the beta periods, you can also check out events like Palia’s Gameplay First Look through the official Palia YouTube and Twitch channels. The streams start on July 18 at 10 AM PT and last one hour, allowing you to see the beginning of the game before the beta begins!
Palia will release in 2023 on Nintendo Switch and PC. If you’re curious about its original announcement over two years ago, check out Palia, a ‘Massively Multiplayer Community Sim,’ revealed by Singularity 6, or click the game tag below to keep an eye on our growing content collection!
