The Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Volume 1 will release on October 24, 2023. This date shortly follows the 25th anniversary of Metal Gear Solid, which launched for the PS1 on September 3, 1998.

Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 2?
Currently, there is no solid information on when the second volume of the Master Collection will arrive, or what games will be included, but it seems all but guaranteed due to the first entry’s “Volume 1” designation. There are unconfirmed reports that the PS3 exclusive Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots will be part of the Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Volume 2, but this has not yet been fully corroborated.
